HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO VOTE?

If you’re going to be 18 on or before the next election date, you can register to vote.

HOW DO I REGISTER TO VOTE?

• You can contact the Faulkner county clerk’s office at 501.450.4909 or

• Call the Secretary of State’s office at 501.682.1010.

• To participate in any election, make sure you register to vote at least 30 days prior to the election day.

HOW DO I CHECK MY REGISTRATION?

• First, check the ID that you're going to use when you vote. Make sure it is not expired or going to expire before November.

• Even if you believe your voter registration is up to date, check it anyway.

• You can contact the Faulkner county clerk’s office at 501.450.4909 or

• Go to VOTERVIEW to find all your information: what name you're registered with, all of your districts, voting locations when they come available and sample ballots.

I was motivated to get involved in the local Democratic party because it has become clear that the Democrats are aligned with values I feel are important – integrity, honesty, and a culture of caring for all of our fellow Arkansans. This party values evidence-based rationale to help strengthen our community through inclusivity, education, and economic plans that allow everyone to achieve their goals and build a better Arkansas for everyone. The genuine enthusiasm that I see from other members at the local meetings is contagious, and it’s exciting to witness these local efforts making a difference right here in Faulkner county.
